I know he still introduced Palin to us but I think he finished with her a long time ago. I'm sure that they are not best of friends. However, now that the Donald has taken her on - does this relieve the burden of Palin from McCain?

He created the monster even if someone else takes over her care and feeding. If McCain hadn't picked her as his running mate (on the advice of the perpetually-wrong Bill Kristol) it's doubtful that anyone outside Alaska ever would have heard of her. She's the political albatross around his neck for the rest of his career.

There is around 30 percent of Americans who support anything we find anathema? They're the republican primary voters and they love Sarah.

this is a primary move, not a national one. They're trying to resurrect the Tea Party.
