I can't imagine what I have done to be excluded from this group. I am a honest guy who first saw politics from helping my mother with the Hubert H. Humphrey campaign of 1968. 30 Plus years of heavy involvement in the Minnesota Democratic Farm Labor Party. Stints campaigning for Jesse Jackson... where I learned I am somebody...( you never say My name is.. you say "I am"...). I worked with the Jerry Brown Campaign. I ran for Congress in the MN 7th Congressional district opposing Colin Peterson's democratic party credentials... backed away from the party as it got too right wing and now I find people don't want me to comment on Democratic Underground in certain forums... Why... Can't they handle the truth?...

was killed in 1993 by Bill and Hillary. Senator Paul Wellstone said we had the votes to pass it and he was an honest man. I worked on single payer on the grass roots level since 1984 and all Bill had to do was say yes. Instead he appoints Hillary... and her committee basically proposes a non comprehensive plan that was a lot like HMO's and HMO's don't work for sick people only for the insurance companies..
