The amazing thing to me is there's a total investment of nearly $2B in their candidates, and all they've come up with is the clown car. My elderly father is a nearly 70 year Republican...he is distraught to tears.

I haven't talked to him since NH when Kasich did fairly well. But Dad is all tore up that Trump and Cruz are leading. He's horrified I'm for Sanders. When I explained Clinton was too close to Bush on Foreign Policy and Economic Policy (actually identical) for me, he insisted it wasn't so and she was an extreme liberal. He thinks Sanders is a communist. I probably don't need to mention he watches Fox News. Bless his heart...I love him but he's too old to change him.

ETA: the funniest thing is that he actually WAS a communist, although only for a couple weeks in his teens. There was this girl, a year older, he had a crush on her...

But they all had better watch out for Cruz, knock out Rubio and Cruz gets stronger especially when Carson drops out.

Bush used to mentor Rubio, there's no love lost between them now. I wouldn't be surprised if a Bush backer paid off Christie's campaign debts, so he could quit out of the red.
