Cat doused in boiling hot water now in recovery.

The poor thing is still critical, but things are looking up.

The scumbag who did it has been caught as well.

There is a phone number to call with donations. The cat needs med costing 80-100 bucks each day.

There is something truly sick about anyone who intentionally harms children defenseless animals (particularly companion animals who are bred to love and trust us).

I spoke to a nice young woman on the phone about him. She said he's still not out of the woods, and any help is sincerely appreciated

I have one heart left, but if you donate it's yours. I know, small payoff.

Some of them really care about animals.

Yeah it's wrong of me but I wouldn't mind if this p.o.s. experienced a bit of extrajudicial punishment fitting his own crime. (Assuming of course that guilt is certain.)

i believe in karma. he has committed a vile and horrific act against an innocent sentient being. one way or another, he will understand the pain he caused and will experience an appropriate rendering of the balance of energy he sent out by way of this horrific act.

I'm glad the cat is getting the medical attention it deserves as well.
