4. I hope you are right, but it's a sticky one. We always think we are farther along on it

than we actually are. So we HAVE to keep Democrats in the White House for a few more terms to bring the court back from the brink of the Tea Party abyss.

2. I personally don't WANT a stacked deck on either side. I want the decisions made by SCOTUS

should be made after serious thought and calculation and made in compliance with the Constitution, NOT politically biased on either side. YES, vindication for the 30 years of biased decisions would be nice, but I hope that can be stopped NOW. A fair and honest court would be welcomed by EVERYBODY!
