Of all the people I wish were here to watch this election,

Molly Ivins is the one I miss most.
She could write a column every day and not cover everything. It would be hystericl.

...that Al Gore was exactly the same as George W. Bush - what was his name? - um, oh yeah, that great profound and deep critic of NBA officiating, Ralph Nader.

That was hilarious, a great joke played on the United States for one group, and the citizens of Iraq for another group.

I, for one, miss her delicious sense of humor. Bush = Gore. Hilarious. Fun. A joy. I just can't stop laughing.

I think Chicago columnist Mike Royko, cartoonist Herblock, and even HL Mencken could have fun with this Presidential election.
