Just left caucusing in Las Vegas.

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by NYC Liberal (a host of the General Discussion forum).

Here are results for my precinct:

Three precincts caucused in a high school cafeteria on the northwest side of Las Vegas.

63 votes for Clinton

22 for Sanders

2 undecided

African Americans for Clinton — 15

African Americans for Sanders — 2

The 3 precincts are in a single family home community with very few apartments.

Honestly I don't care how you voted but I'm really happy that you took the time to do it.

Caucus at Lie Middle School Northwest Side of Vegas.

Six precincts:

Raw attendance between 700-800 persons.

Wonderful turn out,yes there were issues with registration due to the lack of Laptops and Volunteers. But,we got things going about twenty minutes late and know one in ling was turned away. Some of us old timers reassured those waiting that things would not begin until they were logged in and seated.

Our Caucus had a total of 74 with 3 being interpreters.

Final Numbers with only one Ballot needed.

Hillary 47

Bernie 24

uncommitted 0

Voter makeup:

Latino 11

African American 9

Asian 5

Caucasian 46

Oldest voter 97 Bernie voter

Second oldest 93 Bernie voter

Oldest voter for Hillary was African American Gentleman 79

Attended many caucus's and have to say, this was one of the most energetic that I have ever attended.

Crazy wonderful enthusiasm.

For those not familiar with Vegas geography, mine is a more, shall we say "working class" neighborhood.

Our precinct began even 34134 but a bunch of Clinton supporters got bored and left. Giant clusyerfuck ensued.

Racially, both sides had 4 black people. Sanders had at least three latinos.

What was weird was the demographics: Bernie's ran the gamut, but there was literally no Clinton supporter in that room younger than 50 (and that's being generous). It was odd.
