This is not a surprise at all, he is signaling he is ready to start a new war to help the oil industry get back on it's feet. Although he doesn't look like a sack of shit with eyebrows and a smug lip, he is no less fake then Ted Cruz. It shows so much people point it out all the time even in his own party.

Both are for destroying the planet in order to make millions for themselves and their friends. THAT is the GOP american dream they talk about.
