As to John Boehner, it was not that bad in outside daylight when he came to San Diego. Either that or my white balance was off I am also positive he was not wearing make up

I thought he used a tanning booth because his eyelids seem very white compared to the rest of his skin color but he's not really tan.

Look close at his face - yes, I know it's painful but do it. There's a white oval around his eyes that extends just a little above his eyebrows - like he's wearing eyeguards to keep the product out of his eyes, and the technician doesn't touch him up after she's done spraying.
