Time for Cruz to get out of the GOP race. Carson too. All chips have to go to Rubio if

Romney doesn't go third party. The GOP establishment is in panic mode.

Except they believe that this ticket can beat HRC and whomever she names as running mate. If Bernie is the nominee.. it's over.

You're quite right. No one at DU has ever managed to work in a Bernie or HRC prop outside GD-Poo. KamaAina Feb 2016 #8

He even actually said today that no one will stop Trump, but continues to plow on regardless wasting time and resources which could go to other candidates.

I honestly think Kasich's running for a VP spot. There's no other reason for it if he has already accepted Trumps going to be the nominee. He's trying to impress Trump with his political knowledge nor is he attacking him.

And even if he did, a lot of Cruz supporters would go to Trump.

The problem the GOP establishment has is over 50% of voters are voting non-establishment. So no matter what they try to do, they can't stop the non-establishment candidates from eventually getting over a majority of the delegates.

Unless the electorate changes, there is no mathematical path for a Rubio victory.
