If a President can do something by executive order it seems obvious another President could overturn it.
Not looking for an argument cause there is a lot to be terrified of concerning Cruz.

The next president will get one. Republicans will not have hearings on Scalia's replacement.
Ginsburg is 82 and Breyer is 77.
I do not look forward to the Supreme Court become a religious Court that uses the bible to interpret law.
