Following scuffles at a Trump rally in Chicago on Friday and hours after a man attempted to charge his stage in Ohio, a Twitter account appeared announcing the formation of a volunteer group (called the Lion's Guard) to protect Trump supporters from violent far-left agitators.

(6,320 posts)Ps RT - Anyone can put anything on Twitter, or the Internet in general. For example, "I am forming a militia to protect our precious life minutes and seconds from RT's sloppy journalism." It must be true!
Edit - The account was mysteriously closed. How convenient. The "They posted a picture of my son's school" is so laughable, I'm surprised it didn't come from Trump. Obvious troll or attention-seeker.

(16,670 posts)First the political debates in Germany became harsh in tone.
Then came brawls.
Then came the SA, designed to protect campaign-events of the NSDAP. (And beat you up if you looked like a counter-protester.)
Then came street-fights. (The violence at Trump-rallies is spilling out on the streets in front of the events.)
Then the SA started harassing campaign-events of other parties. (And Donald Trump has already promised to send his supporters to other politicians' campaign-events to cause trouble.)
