GOP Steve looks like he wants to smack Rachel Maddow

MSNBC talking GOP head Steve started talking about Rubio is still a rising star in the GOP. Rachel, interrupted him with a dose of reality and Steve just gave Rachel a "I'm going to kill you" stare.

...can't believe Steve and Nicole called Rubio a star and magnificent orator! The speech was fine, but he needs to practice.
