I thought Bottle Mouth, too but that seems like a lot of $$ work on deciduous teeth
The fillings make sense but crowns? Though probably crowns for deciduous teeth are far less expensive than the elaborate pieces of gold work I've had to have made ... Losing teeth at that age would probably screw up spacing of the permanent teeth and interfere with learning to speak/enunciate properly.
