I'm missing something here with the HB2

Granted I skimmed the reading real fast as I'm at work.

I thought I read and why someone had to pass a bill that says, penis goes in this bathroom and vigina goes in another bathroom.

Where is the discrimination? I've been doing that all my life and I don't believe for a moment that paypal decided not to go to NC because of this. Not buying that at all. I suspect they found a less expensive place to go other than NC.

just my thoughts.

The bill says that if the penis or vagina was there at birth, then that determines which bathroom a person must use. Sex changes, to the bill, are irrelevant. It is really just pointless discrimination against trans-gendered people, as I understand it.

the laws read: white use this and Blacks use the other ... and you would have been doing it, all your life.

Just my thoughts
