Will they be unrepentant like Nader supporters were.

(6,409 posts)We already have a scapegoat picked out for our loss in November. That's encouraging. Keep up the good work, DNC.

(25,699 posts)No mention EVER of the Bush effort to steal the election.
No mention EVER if the gross disenfranchisement of black voters in Florida by Republicans.
No mention EVER of the two hundred thousand registered Democrats who voted for Bush.
No mention EVER of Gore's shit campaign, where he tried to divorce himself from a wildly popular president, appeal to the right, and even saddled himself with a right-wing nutjob as VP.
Nope. it's all nader's fault for even running.

(8,017 posts)every time. Nothing but finger pointing. What they never say, knowing what ended up happening, is whether or not it was a good idea for all those people to vote for Nader.

(25,699 posts)in a thread started by someone preemptively pointing fingers.
Twice as many Democrats voted for Bush, as anyone voted for Nader. Even with that, even with the Nader voters, Gore got the majority of votes in Florida. But the republicans stole it.
I wonder why pointing out the perfidy of the republican party is suddenly so very taboo!Q

(65,616 posts)I personally do not think so at all, I think they are just here to divide and nobody cares about their boring concern trolling anymore. How many years pass and they still pull the same stupid shit.

(8,352 posts)I don't worship any politician or party.
If Clinton is such a piss poor candidate that she can not muster the support of voters in the GE to beat Ted Cruz, then the problem is with the party and the candidate. It is NOT with the fucking voters.
Got it?

(172 posts)How is that the voters fault? She is a horrible candidate. Make the buck stop where it belongs, in her lap.

(1,192 posts)Bernie, on the other hand, tends to beat him by double digits almost all of the time.
I would give you the link, but you can easily look it up, since it's every single one of GE match-up polls conducted so far

(7,822 posts)Polls show him beating both by huge margins. And don't give me the "Wait till Republicans start beating up on him" crap. The Clinton camp has thrown everything they have at him- it doesn't work. The more people see him, the more they like him and his message. Attack him his numbers go up. He'd win the General- with a platform we could be proud of.
Now, if you're assuming Hillary might lose the General to Cruz? Maybe it's time to rethink your support of her. Honestly? She's a lousy candidate.

(23,156 posts)Republican nominee, yes? In which case, what the fuck are you talking about?

(9,463 posts)...you start blaming Bernie supporters for Hillary's GE loss instead of the candidate herself.
You just better make sure you're prepared to you work your ass off to get her elected in the GE if she is the nominee and stop looking for a scapegoat to blame when she loses to tRump.

Still--alerted.
