High school football player faces 70 criminal charges after yearbook prank goes horribly wron

An Arizona high school student faces 70 criminal charges after a yearbook prank went horribly wrong.

Hunter Osborn, 19, of Mesa, is accused of exposing his penis in a football team photograph that was printed in his school's yearbook, KPHO in Phoenix reported.

Osborn was arrested and charged with 69 counts of indecent exposure, a Class 1 misdemeanor, and one count of furnishing harmful items to minors, a Class 4 felony.

It's ridiculous how our criminal system works. Overcharge people to get them to plead to lessor charges.

kids know what a dick is anyway. Sure, there should be something done, but these charges are absolutely insane.

Criminal charges over this are ridiculous. Kids these days (I can't believe I just said that) are coddled over some things, and slammed with draconian penalties over others. No wonder they're screwed up.

consequently, the school may not have any discretion in this. One can only hope the court cuts him some slack and dismisses the case for embarresment served

If not, I'm afraid they'll be teaching him the wrong lesson.

And by the way, are the two boys standing in front of him who pretty obviously formed the frame for Little Johnnie intentionally getting punished, as well?
