The Democratic shifts are more like seismic, underground movements of foundational fault lines. Make no mistake, "The Big One" is coming.

(15,805 posts)Everyone is afraid of him. The Republican politicians are terrified he'll ruin them if they speak out. The Party leaders are scared of losing power if they try to stop him. Journalists are shaking in fear, too frightened of losing their jobs when the angry, pitchforked mobs turn against them if they dare criticise Trump. And the Republican voters are too stupid to realise what any a future awaits with a thin skinned bully like Trump steps unto the world stage.
That leaves Hillary as the lone fighter to save us from the rampages of Trumpzilla. I sure don't envy her.
