Canada is now twice as important to our oil imports than the Middle East.

Saudi Arabia shrink as America works to wean itself from Middle East oil

Im on my phone and this article won't allow me to copy and paste. It is worth the time to read. I think very few people are aware of the massive transition we have taken in the area, largely under Obama.

While I want to see fracking stop until additional regulations are in place, I do like the direction of the transition.

To the south, and to the north.

A GOPer will likely want to invade Canada!

While said tongue in cheek, kind of, their bluster toward our friends is horrifying. Everything and everyone outside of our United States is viewed simultaneously as a commodity and our enemy.
