(135,425 posts)He will not vote for Trump and he refuses to cross party lines...!
There are two schools of thought with the GOP, I think--the "Hold your nose and vote for him" school, and the "Vote for 'the enemy' and make her life miserable for four years, then come back with a 'Good Republican' Great White (and HE will be white) Hope!" Baker's "Waaaaaah, I will do neither" argument is an outlier, I suspect. Then again, NE Republicans are not quite as crazed as those in other parts of the country (e.g. the retired Olympia Snow and Linc Chaffee-who left the party--Susan Collins, etc.). The ones who are a little bit wingnutty (Kelly Ayotte, e.g.) are in trouble with their voting base. Her opponent has not yet begun to fight, and the race is closer than it should be for an incumbent, even in pendulum swinging NH.

I already voted for Bernie. And you plan to as well it seems. So let me ask you this:
Should Bernie lose what are your intentions?
I am firmly ABT, and I will sleep well voting for Hillary if Bernie does not win this.
