BRASILIA: The acting speaker of the lower house of Brazil's Congress, Waldir Maranhao, has annulled the impeachment process against President Dilma Rousseff, the Folha de S.Paulo newspaper reported on Monday.

The staff office of the lower house would not confirm the report.

Funny how they're trying the same shite in Venezuela - the military coups no longer work - let's have parliamentary coups.

The delay will be caused by the fact that Maranhao will no longer be viable and may need to be replaced which takes time - he also has corruption issues. The Supreme Court of Brazil favors impeachment and will probably have the final word if it gets that far.
