but when I see Trump all blustering with his face gets redder (or oranger) I wonder whether we may see a heart attack in the making. (or maybe not..)

does not have to look at his checking account to see if he can afford the copay or deductible.
He will live into his nineties because of this.
America believes if you have money you deserve healthcare and if you dont have money you deserve to die.

he is the type that has a live in doctor and I am sure that if anybody in his family has the slightest health issue he likely has built a fully equipped hospital right into (each of) his houses.
Thats what they do.
