North Carolina school system to allow pepper spray

With one member specifically saying it could be helpful for girls being followed into the restroom by a transgender teen.

All the gay marriage ban amendments on state ballots. That got bush the support that put him over the top. Of course we know now those amendments were unconstitutional.
