"Yesterday the Brazilian Senate voted to remove the President," says Rumsfeld.

"That's ridiculous," scoffs Bush. "The joke's on them."

Rumsfeld's not sure what to make of this casual dismissal.

"First off all," says Bush, "I'm not the president anymore.
And second, there aren't a brazillian Senators in the whole world."
