At least Trump was in the plane. They covered the empty plane for about an hour. OMG . . . the media is going to get a crazy person elected to the most important position in the world.

They are already buying radiation-proof suits and cameras to visit Trump's first nuclear crater.

Moonves said ad sales this season have been particularly strong, partly due to an election cycle rapt with attacks and “bomb throwing” that keeps Americans interested.

“It may not be good for America, but it’s damn good for CBS,” he said.

Possibilities might include:

1. Trump cut some dirty deals with NBC management that they don't want publicized so they're buying his silence with endless promotion.

2. Trump knows some other damaging secrets about the network execs. Maybe mob ties or drugs or something.

3. Maybe he's just best buds with the execs after years of being on the network and making them some money.

I don't know much about The Apprentice since I never once watched it. Is Trump's base a bunch of old Apprentice fans that came to believe he really is some kind of god-like figure whose place it is to sit on a throne and pass judgement and fire people as he sees fit?

The comments I heard from other people were

"Can't they talk about someone else for awhile?" And "didn't they used to cover real news?"

They played an interviee for about 15 minutes of 4 trump spokespeople talking about how great trump is. This is after an hour of "Breaking News: Donald Trumps airplane to take off soon" with an endless shot of an airplane just parked on a runway. Journalism!
