OK, they want to kill ACA, never gonna happen.

If they win this battle, it actually pressures us toward expanding Medicare to all citizens.

That's it in a nutshell.

Sucks to be Hillary.

Obama was able to fill a lot of posts on the DC appeals court so that it's now pretty strongly Democratic. I think this decision gets knocked out on first appeal.
