Various news outlets reporting that the judge ruled in favor of the House of Representatives challenge to the Affordable Care Act subsidies for low-income policy holders.

With a expedited appeal to the Supreme Court,appears to be what the Rethugs had in mind. Four to Four tie vote means this POS will stand.
