For the second time in three months, a jury has found Johnson & Johnson liable for ovarian cancer potentially caused by genital use of the company’s talcum powder products. A St. Louis jury awarded ovarian cancer survivor Gloria Ristesund $55 million on May 2.

Two days after that decision, Montgomery attorney Jere Beasley, lead co-counsel on the lawsuit, offered his opponent free legal advice: End the litigation and set up a collection fund.

no different than RawStory. The source at the link is clearly labeled. Furthermore, if the administrators at DU had an issue then they would have contacted me by now.

It isn't any different than linking to a local newspaper carrying copyrighted material from a major news service such as AP, UPI or Reuters.
