... early Tuesday morning, deputies responded .. after a Wichita County deputy requested assistance with a man who claimed to be a sovereign citizen. The man was not cooperating with officers and .. attempted to jump in front of the .. deputy’s patrol vehicle as it passed the man .. Deputies arrived and spoke with the man who demanded to be released. Deputies determined that the man was .. under the influence of alcohol. The man was eventually placed under arrest for Public Intoxication ... He was released later in the day with a citation ...
