That's funny. Did someone tell him the wine is really juice? As for his not drinking and there are pictures out there showing him holding a glass which appears to be champagne. It just may not be champagne. My father did not drink, but in his time everyone drank alcohol and when he would go to functions he would get a glass of ginger-ale with a cherry and should someone come along and want to buy him a drink he would hold up his glass and say all set.
