Will Democrats Be Able to Define Trump?

Will Democrats Be Able to Define Trump?

https://politicalwire.com/2016/05/17/will-democrats-be-able-to-define-trump/

"SNIP............

Rick Klein: “What’s new in the anti-Trump playbook? Not much, at least so far as the first major wave of anti-Trump spending from Priorities USA, Hillary Clinton’s main super PAC. Two new ads, the start of a more than $100 million-promised blitz, use Trump’s own words about women to attack him among, yes, women. The quotes in the ads are more familiar to those who paid attention to the long primary campaign than those who are just tuning in.”

“But the fact of the ad push, while pro-Trump super PACs are still forming (and fighting for legitimacy), points to one Clinton advantage at this stage. Clinton allies have enough time, and are expecting enough resources, that they can try and fail a few times in efforts to define Trump. Trump forces can’t do the same – at least by traditional metrics. Trump, though, is already a master of this kind of asymmetrical warfare: He can use interviews, Tweets, and even facial expressions to push back as necessary.”

gauntlet using surprise instead of substance.

He's no longer a surprise. Once he accepts the nomination in Cleveland, he's a sitting duck in many respects.

I think a very focused and partisan blue ad campaign could be fashioned to destroy Trump's candidacy in very short order.

He defines himself as a lowly POS coward that would fuck up America...so I think he is into self-promotion!

Our nominee needs to ignore Trump and define themselves and the future this country needs.

That should completely destroy his electability among anyone self-reflective enough to realize that they work for a living:
Self-Funding.
An Idle and Idiot Rich motherfucker who thinks he can con his way to the White House on the Cheap with his own ill-gotten (if legal) dime. As opposed to the campaign of -insert democratic party nominee- , who's general election fund is composed of MILLIONS of small, individual, non-corporate donations from people who desperately want to believe The System isn't about to fuck them over again.

And if that isn't a statement that can be honestly made about the Democratic Party Nominee, it better change and right quick or we will lose because it's the only thing Trump cannot ignore...a clean and uncounterable attack on his monied self-image. He doesn't give two shits if he's called anything else. But call him UNDESERVING, and PROVE IT, and that will be his undoing.
