As if some guy in London has researched the fireworks and explosives laws of any and all jurisdictions where he's soliciting funds.

I'm constantly amazed at the high quality, new bikes I see being squired around town by thieves. (Lots of low-end badly used bikes, too.) Bikes that had to cost upwards of $3,000, apparently just left on the porch or around back of the house, ripe for the picking. And picked they are.
