Could Confederate Monument Be Replaced? (Caddo LA)

Caddo Commissioner Ken Epperson has proposed replacing the confederate monument in front of the Caddo Courthouse with a World War II monument. Epperson’s idea is to build a monument honoring the crew of the USS Golet, a submarine lost at sea during WW II.
