Up in Smoke: Man With Craigslist Ad Boasting 'I Sell Weed' Busted in Undercover Sting

https://www.yahoo.com/news/smoke-man-craigslist-ad-boasting-190400136.html?nhp=1

A South Carolina man was busted after investigators spotted a Craigslist ad where the man declared he sold marijuana.

According to authorities, 27-year-old James Kinley III posted the ad on Craigslist titled: “Pot… I SELL WEED - $200.”

In the ad, the seller posted what his product looked like, prices, his phone number, locations where he sells and his photo.

The ad caught the attention of York County's Multijurisdictional Drug Enforcement Unit after a sergeant in the force was looking for vehicles on the website.

standing in the park at Pike Place Market every day in Seattle. The back of the sweatshirt says "and edibles".

He's out there every day, and apparently no one in authority cares.

What a country!

and I think the cops ignore him because its not worth the hassle, although everyone and their kid brother has observed him actually selling weed. he reeks of it.

compare that to the OP, and you have an absurd situation in 94% of the states.

you have to be a licensed recreational store selling licensed, tested products. seattle just conducted a sting on the delivery services.

I guess you could do an undercover buy to catch him but what would be the point. Maybe he is just an advertisement for a legal store....

The Private Prison Industry must be pressuring them to stop killing pot heads before they are billable.
