One of the most revered artists of our time is celebrating a major milestone today.
Bob Dylan, who just gifted us with his 37th studio album, the interpretive Fallen Angels a follow-up to 2015's Shadows In the Night turns 75 today. And the times, they are a changin' for his birthday, fans turned Dylan into a trending topic, with 'Happy 75th' rising on Twitter Tuesday morning.
The archives from Dylan's six-decade career, acquired by the George Kaiser Family Foundation and the University of Tulsa for between $15 million and $20 million, also include early recordings from 1959 and a wallet that contains Johnny Cash's former address and phone number.
Dylan kicks off a 27-date summer world tour with Mavis Staples on June 4.

(660 posts)The last time I saw him (maybe three years ago), it was hard to understand what songs he was performing. He has apparently had to change tempos and melodies in order to sing at all. It was a very strange experience.
