If you had to choose just one specific thing Donald Trump has said or done that proves both....

....a) that he's a horrible human being, and b) he's completely unfit to be President of the United States, what would that be?

It has to be one specific incident, i.e. something he's actually said or done. It can't just be that "he's a disrespecting narcissitic asshole" or "he'll lead the country to ruin."

Basically what I'm looking for is a "mike drop", something that will end all arguments against anyone who might even infer that he might possibly be fit to be President or not be as bad a person as you think.

Personally, I'm a bit torn. Off the top of my head, it would probably be when he mocked that disabled reporter. But now that I'm thinking about, actively rooting for an economic collapse in 2006 might be more effective.

after it was long discredited told me he would do and say anything, and tell any kind of lie to become President.

The other one that showed his complete insanity was blaming John McCain for being a prisoner.

3. Can't remember the exact words, but it was that he would do something bad to the FAMILIES

of villains.

I have some pretty wild family. I would hate to think me or my children would in any way held responsible for others actions and basically have our life ruined.

"The other thing with the terrorists is you have to take out their families, when you get these terrorists, you have to take out their families. They care about their lives, don't kid yourself. When they say they don't care about their lives, you have to take out their families," Trump said.

Because terrorists come from 'terrorist families'...

5. mocking that disabled reporter
Wed May 25, 2016, 01:22 PM

I find disgusting. You can't use (well you can do anything) the economic collapse because anybody with an extra buck made out in buying homes that people could no longer afford. Even Hillary blamed those who bought houses without a job that they knew they couldn't afford. Damn banks.

The Nuke thing should be the "mike drop", his attempt to deport 12 million undocumented people which would result in splitting up families is horrific.

sorry I'm no help

He will not only kill HIS enemies but their women and children too.
When asked how he would accomplish this he replied that he would order HIS military to do it.

I didn't hear either his staff or him walk back from these statements. It's like people are in shock from hearing it and refuse to give it a minute more of thought. If we don't talk about it - it will go away.
His supporters will tell you he was talking only about Muslims. Think again.

10. You mean what the one thing he's done today? Cause it's something new daily

Today he went out of his way to launch an attack on New Mexico's governor--a republican who just a week ago Trump's people were begging to let be listed as his leading VP candidate. I guess she turned him down, because we all know how well Trump takes rejection...

"We have got to get your governor to get going,” Trump told the crowd, according to the Washington Post. “She’s got to do a better job. Okay? Your governor has got to do a better job. She’s not doing the job. Hey! Maybe I’ll run for governor of New Mexico. I’ll get this place going. She’s not doing the job. We’ve got to get her moving. Come on: Let’s go, governor."

Please don't say Trump has the vocabulary of a 3rd grader. Third graders don't talk like this.

12. Saying Mexico sends criminals, drug dealers and rapists to the USA
Wed May 25, 2016, 04:31 PM
May 2016

He even expanded that to all of Latin America, and the Middle East.

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2015/06/16/trump_mexico_not_sending_us_their_best_criminals_drug_dealers_and_rapists_are_crossing_border.html

With that campaign kickoff speech, he made it clear his intention is to stir up hatred of anyone even slightly visibly different from his own white ethnicity, for the purposes of getting elected. And to try and paint the USA as a 'victim' of the government of the countries immigrants come from.

14. funny thing, i don't see any critique of his record hurting his candidacy

likewise for his slate of ever-changing policy "suggestions"

strangely enough, these are practically non-starters, as this country found a way to re-elect both W and Reagan.

even attacking his character *shouldn't* work but (again, strange) i think it does. he can be put on the defensive for really weird oddball things, like tiny hands.

say he's a liar who constantly contradicts himself with ridiculous unrealistic fascistic ideas? not a problem, they're just "suggestions"
say he's an abuser of women? not a problem, you're being jealous, just look at his daughter who he'd like to bang
imply indirectly that he's lousy in bed? he'll flip his shit and go out of his way to say nonono on national TV. that's where he's vulnerable, that's where he's insecure, that's what can make him destroy his candidacy himself.

the things most of us regard as important to the competency and character of one who serves as president are irrelevant to him and his supporters.

but some of the things most of us would regard as insignificant (at least compared to the presidency) are simply devastating to him.

we need to find more of them.
