Thursday, Randall, who is representing himself was in court to offer oral arguments to support a motion claiming that there was false evidence presented in a police report, and asking for a dismissal.

As in past court appearances, Randall refused to stand as the judge entered, saying, “I don’t consent to these proceedings” ...
