Trump will be the one making those 3am calls to the world leaders
Sometimes he'll pretend he's the VP and other times he'll pretend he's his own Chief of Staff and sometimes he'll pretend he's the General in charge of launching drones at them but it will always be about promoting himself in the third person. Then, when the leaders of the rest of the world get pissy at him that's when he'll tweet insults. He'll always be able to say "They started it!"
