1. Wasn 't the West Fertilizer Company fire and explosion

recently found to be arson?

Yes, regulation would have kept that place far from apartments, schools, and health care facilities but I'm afraid nothing much could have been done about the arson.

All of this stuff is smoke and mirrors. The government puts zero real effort into regulating chemicals.
