Yes, Omaha — again.

Nebraska and Maine are the only states that distribute electoral votes partly by congressional district, and 2008 scenarios about the prospect of an electoral tie led the Barack Obama campaign to open an Omaha office and spend money on advertising.

Though it turned out that the single electoral vote wasn’t needed, the Omaha-based 2nd congressional district of Nebraska did go to Obama.
