Tell it to the judge, Donald! His personal business is the headline while income inequality isn't discussed. He shouldn't have brought up his personal business but the media enjoys it and it's great campaign fodder.

Yet, should a judge recuse himself/herself in a murder trial because they are human? Ridiculous! The nonsense is excessive. If this judge should recuse himself it would delegitimize the entire judicial system. Just think a justice, who happened to be a minority, recuses himself in a rich man's trial! The legal system is barely legitimate because rich people are never punished.
