Darrel Issa's
Darell Isaa is an interesting case, He is being challenged by Democrat Doug Applegate. In San Diego county it was razor thin. Issa came out with 48.8 percent of the vote, while Applegate got 47.86 percent. There was a third person that does not go on to November. That would indicate a possible close race in November. Issas district spans parts of Orange County as well. He did far better. In Orange County Issa got 57.5 percent, while Applegate got 38.6 percent. We are marking this as a race to watch. The weakness in San Diego, which is the majority of his district, might make him vulnerable in November.

I think all of us would like to see Applegate ride the increased GE turnout to victory.

I would ask for UN election observers in that Congressional race in particular.

We might have a chance of reclaiming the House after all.

I don't even remember his name now (maybe Katz?); I'd have to look it up. But I do remember that he sent me a handwritten thankyou card for my contribution.

So I had to look at OC. Problem is, OC is even more conservative ( though starting to trend blue)
And to clarify, that part of San Diego County is pretty conservative though ask trending blue

Unfortunately Republicans didn't have a lot of reason to turn out yesterday which skews it. But my god if we could get the biggest crook in Congress out that would be great.
