Who would you most like to see in that spot if they actually dumped him?
Ryan may be damaged goods after his flip-flopping on the endorsement, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't attempt it anyway.

Option 2: they dump him and upset the crazies and zealots who put them in this position, and those in the Republican Party who value the democratic process as (or at least their own access to the democratic process,) and all those people refuse to vote for his replacement.

(2,747 posts)He's been running presidential type ads. I really do think the GOP will find a way to get rid of Trump. Maybe he'll get sick or finally release his tax returns and be revealed as the fake he is.
