Is Avast trying to tell me something about the Department of Justice?

Reading a Charles Pierce piece about entrapment, I broke off to Google "Emanuel Lutchman". With Avast anti-virus installed, I get a green tick for "safe" sites, or a yellow exclamation mark for sites with "a bad reputation". As usual, nearly all the first page is green, and is basically news sites of varying quality - Daily Mail, The Guardian, the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle (the local paper for the story), and so on. Just one is yelllow, at the bottom of the page - https://www.justice.gov.

Is this a dig at the DoJ by Avast? Has someone been sending them a lot of warnings about the DoJ? Or has the DoJ been caught with dubious payloads being downloaded from its site?
