Update: I took the check in today to deposit. I explained to the teller what it was. He replied he had a settlement from Naked Juice. His sister, brother, and he each got checks for $10. They bounced. It cost him $25 in fees for the bounce.

Top Class Actions readers are starting to receive a second disbursement of settlement checks from a class action that accused TransUnion of violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act by selling lists of personal consumer credit-related information to third parties for marketing purposes.
According to reader comments and posts on the Top Class Actions Facebook page, Class Members who submitted timely and valid claims for the TransUnion settlement began receiving checks worth as much as $23.67 on June 3, 2016.
If you filed a claim for the TransUnion class action settlement, keep an eye on your mailbox because you may soon be receiving your second disbursement!

Or perhaps some grape jelly. I have spent so much on jelly this year. I have beautiful Western Tanagers, their babies, and lots of finch. The robins have not bothered the feeder this year like last year, which is a good thing. I hate robins after being stalked by a male a few years ago. Long story.
