Trump did not predict what happened in Orlando, but someone did ...I just came from a meeting today in the Situation Room in which I got people who we know have been on ISIL Web sites, living here in the United States, U.S. citizens, and we’re allowed to put them on the no-fly list when it comes to airlines, but because of the National Rifle Association, I cannot prohibit those people from buying a gun.
This is somebody who is a known ISIL sympathizer. And if he wants to walk in to a gun store or a gun show right now and buy as much — as many weapons and ammo as he can, nothing’s prohibiting him from doing that, even though the FBI knows who that person is. 1. Bingo
That is the crux of this issue, full stop. It's not about the FBI investigating him and not tailing him 24/7 (they couldn't possibly). It's about the inability to put a guy like this on the "no gun" list. (And the inability to prohibit the sale and manufacture of assault weapons--which I suggest we start calling weapons of mass destruction.)

2. This guy was licensed and employed as armed security. That indicates a more pervasive issue
than merely being unable to put him on a 'no gun' list. His father posts extremist crap on the internet, he's beating wives and intimidating co-workers but he can also be paid as a keeper of the peace. That's a betrayal of the people by the system, full tilt. They gave him guns as workplace tools.

6. He bought the guns used in the mass murder last week.
They certainly didn't give him an assault rifle in his job as security guard.

5. Of course, President Obama predicted this
He's someone who listens and learns. Unlike Donald Trump, the president actually knows things.

7. Trump is seriously undermining the integrity of this country with his new line of attack that the
president is somehow sympathetic to ISIS cause and essentially letting this happen.
This is the sickest form of politics - to essentially suggest treason on this level should make Trump PROVE this or exit stage left. Very dangerous |

11. Trump is, in fact, a terrorist sympathizer.
Just look at how he defends terrorists rights to go out, buy more guns, and do it all over again.

There cannot be enough gun crazies to outnumber concerned Americans.

12. Excellent statement by President Obama. Trump is lying, as usual.
I fear Trump limiting free speech under the guise of protecting America. Accomplishing no real protection and invading privacy at every opportunity.
