How many times

has an “AR-15-type assault rifle” in the hands of a "good guy" civilian stopped a mass-shooting? My guess: Zero.

.. then it wasn't a mass shooting- it doesn't count.

If the person shot 4 or more people, then the gun didn't stop the mass shooting, and doesn't count.

There have been instances of the ar-15 being used in self-defense.
