Regarding June 16....

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by LostOne4Ever (a host of the General Discussion forum).

It seems we were all able to.have healthy discussions of President Obama's policies without serious repercussions. I'm curious about the June 16 date and what it means. Do we no longer discuss any opposition to HRC? Is this only for the election cycle? I will support Hillary in this election but are we prohibited from questioning or critiquing her in any way going forward?

They think they're getting the "purge" they've been demanding since May of last year.

My question was asked in good faith. I liked the back and forth on DU regarding Obama's policies. Questioning should not be punished IMO. Questioning is a strong facet of democracy. Are we to not question at all? Can we question and debate after the election? If we can question and debate, I suppose it's important to do so in a congenial way?

3. I think the idea is that we all have to fall in line behind Hillary... from what I can tell, dissent is not allowed.

I get the reasoning behind it, even if I don't necessarily agree. But, those are the rules, as I understand them.

In the GE. But after that.... can we discuss pros and cons of policy? Are we unallowed to criticize period? I don't know, after being banned from the Hillary group with no warning I am gun shy.
