Can I Have an Apology from Everyone Who Doubted Obama's Pick, Tom Wheeler?

Remember the outcry over the pick? The accusations against the President? How I and certain other DUERS were corporatist and crypto-fascist Toadies for supporting the pick?

Wait you don't remember any of that? There's a handy search box as provided by the Admin....

when they predict he will do ABC, but winds up doing XYZ, they get credit for holding his feet to the fire, otherwise he would have done ABC

Telecoms and corporate interests lost to consumers and government regulation. I'm sure an appeal to SCOTUS is likely.

Not sure why apologies are owed you.

Also, this should have been done before the last D.C. Circuit decision on this. The SCOTUS spelled out a few years back that the FCC had to go the utility route. Meanwhile, I'm pretty sure Comcast slowed down my service to get me to pay more for faster service.

As to Comcast, I don't have much of a choice, as so often happens when governments allow monopolies to flourish.
