At least that's what this updated account is saying.
"Since the 9:00 p.m. attack, investigators has pulled and killed five gators from the area, but none appear to be the culprit. Officials estimated the responsible gator to be between four and seven feet long.
In response to reports the family was watching a hotel-sponsored movie near the shore, Disney said it hosts such events but believed the film ended before the attack. The family was sitting near the shore, not swimming or wading in the water, officials said."

I've seen them go after golfers that got too close.

It ain't the Magic Kingdom for nothing.
